I Had a bad day, first for ages. I wound meself up at work and it all went down hill from there. I started feeling anxious, then came the symptoms, heart palpitations, chest pains, head ache and just a general feeling of doom and dread. I have had some dinner and a glass of wine and feel better now, thankfuly. I did use my new CBT techniques and they did help and lift the anxiety. The other good thing is that it’s only lasted a few hours, not a few days.

This is my worst day for a few weeks so I guess thats good.
